Participation does not create a trainer–client or behaviour-consultant relationship.

Working with animals involves inherent risks.

By using the Services, you agree that:

  • you are solely responsible for evaluating the safety and appropriateness of any exercise or technique
  • you assume all risks associated with handling, training, or interacting with dogs
  • you will prioritize safety for yourself, your household, your dog, other animals, and the public

These courses do NOT address:

  • aggression
  • bite histories
  • behaviours that pose a safety risk
  • severe fear or panic
  • predatory behaviour

Individuals experiencing these behaviours must seek qualified, force-free professional help in real time.

4. Veterinary & Medical Disclaimer

Nothing in the Services should be interpreted as veterinary advice.
If your dog exhibits sudden behaviour changes, pain, illness, or concerning symptoms, you must consult a licensed veterinarian.

5. Results Not Guaranteed

Every dog is unique.
We do not warrant or guarantee:

  • behavioural outcomes
  • speed of progress
  • specific results
  • suitability of techniques for every dog or environment

Your results depend on numerous individual factors.

6. Personal Responsibility & Assumption of Risk

By accessing the Services, you agree that you:

  • understand the risks involved in animal training and behaviour modification
  • assume all liability for implementing any educational information
  • release Miss Behaviour YEG from any claims related to injury, loss, or damage arising from your use of the Services

7. Use License

Permission is granted to download one copy of materials for personal, non-commercial use only.
This is a license, not a transfer of ownership.

Under this license, you may NOT:

  • modify, copy, or resell materials
  • share, publish, or distribute content
  • use materials for teaching or commercial purposes
  • upload materials to any platform or server
  • remove copyright or proprietary notices
  • create derivative works
  • screenshot or share course content publicly

This license terminates automatically if violated.

8. Payment, Access & Refunds

Refunds (if offered) follow the policy displayed at checkout.
We may revoke access to the Services at any time due to:
